After 14 week vaccination
On 8 Dec my 3 month baby had a 14 week vaccination.Post that on night of 8 Dec he had a slight fever to which I gave him crocin as prescribed by the pediatrician.
On 9 Dec and 10 Dec he spits milk but on 11 it was very less .
And from 10 nights he has pooped many times which is like liquid but that was not the case before vaccination.Earlier he was pooping 1 time only
This is happening for.the 1 time after vaccination
Is anything wrong??
Also from 9 my baby had a cough
