My baby is 4 months and 10 days old. Baby does not raise hand for toys or rattles but if we give anything to baby hand, baby hold and toy and put it in mouth. When baby start grabbing things by own. Is this normal.

My baby is 1 year and 3 month old,she is speaking few words like mama, nana, kaka etc She points fingers at things she wants, how to improve her speech, any game that will help her improve speech. Anything we can try, the thing is she had a cleft palate surgery which we operated like 2 months. Please suggest techniques to improve her speech

My 2 month old baby is crying suddenly and frequently for every one hour.  Sometimes she is normal and suddenly crying and sucking hands like she is hungry.  Doctor told baby is colic. So given colicaid drops for 3 times a day for 4 days but still not recovered.  Also I'm noticing mild loose stools whenever she passes gas and it's smelling. Is something wrong? When baby will be recovered? Also can I feed each time when baby is sucking hands in interval of 1 hr? Please help

My 2 months old baby is crying frequently and we are not able to find the cause. She is fully on breastfeeding. For the past three days she is crying intermittently and always sucking hands after feeding also. I have given colicaid 6 drops 3 times a day. But still she is not recovered and her poop also somewhat smelly from yesterday. Her birth weight is 2.46 and now her weight is 3.8. My daughter who is 4 years old has viral infection and doctor suggested usual calpol(for headache) , probiotic (for tummy ache) Lanzol for nausea. She had couple of episodes of vomitting so doctor gave emset as well. We are giving these meds. No fever as of now. Now my daughter has extreme ear ache. We tried calpol , hot packs, but it's not going. She is crying since hours because of this. At last we had some ibugesic syrup, gave that. Now it helped but only for couple of hours. Again ache is there. What should we do?
