Bilirubin level for infant
My baby is 6 weeks old, He had jaundice after birth which rose to 20 on day 5 and my baby was given phototherapy for 1 day and level came down to 10. All other tests like TSH and all were fine. My baby is 6 weeks now and indirect bilirubin level is 6.81 and direct bilirubin is 0.80.  Weight gain, nappy change frequqency and feeding is okay for my baby. Is it okay and bilirubin level should go down itself or any treatment is required ?

At this level of bilirubin no treatment is needed. Watch lethargy, clay color stool, dark color urine. Continue exclusive breast feeding.
