Massaging baby
Hello doctor, My baby is 7 months old. I have been massaging her twice a day but now it's becoming very difficult for me to continue. The reason is she is very active and just doesn't stay at one place for oil massage. How important is massage for weight gain and growth? Should I continue her massages even when she is moving all over the place?

Hello! While baby massage can have various benefits, it's not a strict requirement for weight gain and growth. If your baby is active and doesn't enjoy or cooperate with the massage, it's perfectly fine to adapt to her preferences. Engaging in interactive play and maintaining a balanced diet are crucial for her overall development. Consult with your me for personalized advice on your baby's growth and well-being.
