Chest & Breathing Problems

For the past one week i am noticing a localised sharp pain below right breast when i take deep breath or sneeze or laught loud. Exact location can be viewed in the images highlighted with red dot.

I got fed up with the whole doctors because no body knows what is going on with me Ecg normal Chest x ray normal Lipid normal 2decho normal Vitamin b12 less Esr little bit high first hour 68 Second hour 118 Crp negative What to do I have consulted 1 emergency department 2 cardiologist 3 neurologist 4 pulmonologist 5 Ent Every one says NORMAL I feel everyday I'm getting born and die in night So please help me if any body can ... I cant attach scan copies not more than 2 so let's c which doctor can help me ..

I am suffering from asthma from my childhood.. sometimes I am not able to take breath properly...I would like to know the best treatment for this. .

Hello doctor, I am having right side chest pain , from past 3days. While breathing also having little bit chest pain. It's like going and coming, From last 3 days. I am getting like little bit pain, on right side of the chest. Do I need to take immediate attention about this one, is there any issue with my body. Thanks, Krishna

So, I'm having sinusitis and I'm about to learn mouth organ, so it would be difficult for me to play on different scales? Please guide whether I should play mouth organ or not. Will it worsen the situation of sinusitis?

I have been examined by a pulmonologist and give with few medications but my doubt here is I am going to take medicine for my dandruff and skin problem by an dermatologist will these medications have conflicts? Pulmo prescribed with antibiotics and Lupihaler with Octacaps

I have breathing issue , and continuous cough , till I use inhaler it won't come to normal . Sometimes I can't walk , I will get sweat or I feel like I will fell down somewhere

Please suggest hospitals in Noida & Delhi  where 6 minutes walking test is available. Also what is the probable cost of the test.

From last 5 months, I have been facing chest pain sometimes and also shortness of breath frequently. Generally, i have axiety problem due to which I generally face shortness of breath especiallywhile doing scuba diving, parasailing or during public speaking (as I realized it). Last month, I had fish fry one night and after 30mintes I felt restless and felt like I will faint in few minutes. I was rushed to hospital immediately, they checked ecg and other tests however doctor said everything was normal. I have visited gastroligist recently and explained my problem. He suggested me to undergo endology and ultra sound of  abdomen as was also burping frequently and said that if both the reports are normal then we need to do cardiac check. Apparently, both the reports are normal. 4 months ago, I have also undergone body check up as part of regular activity. All the reports were normal except B12 deficiency. Also during treadmill test in final stage, the heartbeat was abnormal. please advise
