Chest & Breathing Problems

From last 1 month I am experiencing shortness of breath. From last 7 days I am also experiencing throbbing pain on left chest. What should I do ? Thanking you.

Is it a good idea to get tested for TB each year so that it can be detected early on? Is it possible to have active TB without any symptom?

Moderate bilateral pleural effusions are seen . Mild pericardial effusion is also seen . Patchy consolidation is seen in the bilateral lung parenchyma. Im sending you the Ct scan reports please let me know what can be done in the Above case

Hi , I'm suffering from lung infection , two year ago i had tuberculosis and took one year medication for same.and  I'm smoker also but quit it from last 5-6 month . Now from five to six day my chest is paining . I have done CT scan also,but nothing had came. So suggest me what to do next beacuse it's paining. Please help me!!

Why i have shortness of breath when my PFT are normal and also i don't feel any pain on my chest or any cough?

I am 25 year old , having potts spine. On Akt treatment since 7 months . As per recent Mri pus is decreasing . I did LFT test in which Alkaline phosphatase (alp ) is increased to 126 . Normal range mentioned is 46 to 116. Rest parameters are normal . Is it dangerous sign ? What should I do ? Also which other medicine i need to take along with akt to avoid side effects ? One my frnd suggest me LIVRITE for 15 days and Bendon till Akt continue . Pls guide

Due to dust allergy getting col and cough. Unable to take breath properly. Veezing also there. It is more in rainy and winter seasons.
