Blood test for TB and Pneumonia
Is there any kind of blood test for TB detection for a patient who is having parkinsons and unable to move. Note that patient is not able to cough sputum and also not in a position to do bronchoscopy or FNAC chest. Please advise alternatives.

X-ray findings are necessary to know which test will be helpful eg fnac or fob. There is no blood test to diagnose TB.
