Chest & Breathing Problems

Lung fields do not show any active parenchyml pathology. What is the meaning of this. This is for my mother. Her age is 62 years and having cough problem

HRCT report shows small fibrotic opacity in right middle lobe. What does it mean? Is it serious issue?? I do not have any health issues now.

Pain under centre lower part of rib.  whenever any movement and problem in breathing. Also a little pain in right chest.

Sir from the last year I have a problem of extremely thick mucus that's struck in the back of my throat that is very difficult to clear.I have echo,ecg and chest x-ray and all are normal.Done endoscopy and colonoscopy and have normal results .But my phelgm just refuses to go..Even inhalers gives me respite only for few minutes The problem is that when this sticky phelgm gets struck I have chest heaviness and breathing trouble.But pft results show normal Yes from birth I have bronchitis but that also mild One of local doctor is suspecting cystic fibrosis but he said that's highly unlikely What is causing this? My name is Sumit. Age 28, Male. I am having cough since past 1 month and the antibiotics or syrups didnt help. I have dust allergy since 2 years. But the cough problem is present since past 30 days. Specially every morning, its difficult to breathe. Most of my time in entire day is spent in throwing out cough. I have also observed that sitting in Air Conditioned room also adds to my problem as if I have allergy from AC as well. Even right now I am feeling as if  something is  obstructing in breathing and its the cough ofcourse. No matter how many times I spit it out, cough comes back within seconds. Please help.

I was diagnosed with bronchitis by doctor in Hong Kong, I don't have breathing problems, chest pain etc. Could you advise what medication should I take along with inhaler. I am getting back pain since 2 days now.

I had TB In 2017 and completed ATB 9 months course successfully. After that sometimes when I get cold (infection) blood cough come which is due to scar as I am told. Treated with antibiotics and was fine. I got dry cough & heavy chest at night for last 7 days. Was taking Bro Zedex syrup. Should I take Zanocin 200 twice for 5 days or anything else? No hemoptysis occurred this time. Thanks
