I have breathing problem at night while

I have breathing problem at night while sleeping. I have no problem during the day doing all regular work. I am not obese. The breathing will be normal when I sit over the bed. Recently took ECG and  chest xray when I admitted for finger injury. The reports shows normal. But for nearly a month I am facing the breathing problem. I am newly married before 4 months back. Ct scan done of my grandma

Moderate bilateral pleural effusions are seen . Mild pericardial effusion is also seen . Patchy consolidation is seen in the bilateral lung parenchyma. Im sending you the Ct scan reports please let me know what can be done in the Above case
