Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello doctor, I have been suffering from slight cough for last one month . is it means symptoms of asthma or allergy. I have attached my spirometer test result.

-I have chest mild pain from past 1 month now feeling better with less pain -Did Two times x ray report all others normal but diagnosed with BRONCHITIS -So for 5days I had IV with one infection injection and a acidity injection -Symptoms-mild pain in chest region, after taking food feels like something struck in Thorat but after drinking everything normals back

While sneezing I get bad smell While talking to my family members they tell bad smell is coming from your mouth

I have breathing problem at night while sleeping. I have no problem during the day doing all regular work. I am not obese. The breathing will be normal when I sit over the bed. Recently took ECG and  chest xray when I admitted for finger injury. The reports shows normal. But for nearly a month I am facing the breathing problem. I am newly married before 4 months back. Is there any serious cause for this

My    cousin   is   having   bad  breath smell, is there any medicine for this problem? Pls suggest.

Is it a good idea to get tested for TB each year so that it can be detected early on? Is it possible to have active TB without any symptom?

Moderate bilateral pleural effusions are seen . Mild pericardial effusion is also seen . Patchy consolidation is seen in the bilateral lung parenchyma. Im sending you the Ct scan reports please let me know what can be done in the Above case
