Chest & Breathing Problems

I have been detected with left pleural effusion with pleural cavity of 34mm depth Kindly suggest what can be the cause I have got the fluid removed

Sir, With a humble request, I want to tell you that I feel pain in my chest after eating fast food (specially Samosa) and sometimes at night. I get rid of it after drinking 2 glass water when it pains at night. Is there any serious problem. Please suggest me.

Is it harmful to take Rcinex 450 and ethambutol 400 for TB even before getting results from lab(gets report in5days). X-ray has confirmed pleural effusion either from fungal or TB

Doctor has suggested us to take INH 150,Rcinex 450 and ethambutol 400. But Rcinex itself contain 300mg of isoniazid. what to do?

Amount of Isoniazid, ethambutol and rifampicin required for 45kg person (female). If Rcinex is taken even it also contains isoniazid.

Cough and minor fever 10 days back , taken medicine but cough has not improved, also fever start from evening but no such thing in noon. Cough has become very severe at times it is so high that vomiting happens , in morning blood also comes after cough. My cough is chest related not a throat one

I’m 22 and I’m suffering from severe cough since days and also cold due which nostrils were blocked.everyone I cough I feel like vomiting..I cough continuously for few seconds.there is a pain at position of heart and also down the way of the position.but I don’t feel any pain on the right part..I feel itchy inside the throat feel like coughing.....I'm also suffering from fever due to this..I can't eat anything..the pain on the left side from to down of it is like a wave passing from heart down part..and feel the sound similar to snoring...what are these symptoms of?whom should I consult?im using cough syrup and budamate 200..but of no use
