Having difficulty breathing when running have done pft,cbc,and ecg all were normal attaching the report please tell what report says

My mother had fluid in her lungs. Doctor advised us for pleural tapping cause in pa view it was either from fungal or from TB. Fluid has been removed and sent for the lab for various test and reported back. I have asthma problem since 07 years, In environmental change ,it became severe, problem in breathing in evening or late night, Please advise precaution to minimize effect, Which food should I prefer, habit to avoid

Hi Doctor, I have mixed Red color harpic with floor cleaning acid and Inhaled bitter taste breath ( as per harpic ,it is chlorine) In the harpic cautious: (Harpic can't be mixed with any acid as it may produce chlorine gas) but later I read the caution..I don't feel any uncomfort as of now as it's been 30 mins since I Inhaled. When I search in Google, chlorine inhale will lead to pulmonary edma. I'm trying to get an appointment with pulmonologist but not available now.. Please suggest,do I have to see a doctor to avoid this condition in future or now? Pls help me...I'm really worried.pls help.

Sometimes when I breath, there is a whistling sound and many people have said that I breath very heavily. Also, I have always had trouble controlling breathing even in yoga. I loose breath when I climb stairs. Many said it's because I am obese or over weight. However, even when my weight wasn't overweight I had problem with breath. Is there any reason for the same.
