Chest & Breathing Problems

My father 62 years old is having viral from July with mild fever on and off . In the starting month of October he had food poisoning and from 5-6 days he has continuously fever around 103 All the test like malaria,typhoid, dengue, rf ,sputum test are negative, LFT,CBC are okay What does this mean Why there is fever and how this will be treated

I have done ecg which is normal because I had chest pain from a long time, my chest pain is anywhere from left side or right side lower left side or lower right side I think its due to muscle pain what prescription can I take for muscle pain. I also has shortness of breatg but I have very sedentary lifestyle from last 4 months I hardly move can this be the reason for shortness of breath like drop in stamina.

My weight is 135 height 6ft Poping in left arm  and chest  pain and elbow palm  numbness   both rib and back pain 2decho normal , chest xray normal , lipid normal , taking telmiford 40mg metolol 4omg , gone to upper endoscopy report attached I'm suffering breathing problem also from 1 year doctors are telling everything fine I listen palpitation in my ears and neck my 80 percent reports are normal I m feel anxiety and sudden breathlessness cardiologist says everything is normal what should I do I'm taking gas medicine also please help me out with some thing I'm fed up with this things I'm planning to go for ct scan of brain what you all can says please suggest me asap . I had done my master checkup.In which during echo test i got following results :grade 2 tricuspid regurgitation with mild pulmonary artery hypertension 38mm/hg, grade 1 mitral valve regurgitation, bradycardia 51.
