He feels breathlesness post consuming alcohol. it is haplenibg from.last 6 to 7 months.he isna dibatic.please suggest what can be the reason

Is there any kind of blood test for TB detection for a patient who is having parkinsons and unable to move. Note that patient is not able to cough sputum and also not in a position to do bronchoscopy or FNAC chest. Please advise alternatives.
