Chest & Breathing Problems

I am attaching a report of CT scan of chest of a baby girl who is 14 months old and is suffering from necrotizing pneumonia. Can u plz explain the report and what to do next.

In a month over a period of 30 days I had throat pain and folliculitis infection which was minor ...I had throat pain totally I took 15 days antibiotic in a month does it cause any harm or does it cause diabetes

In Dec.2017 she went for hysterectomy and umbilical hernia operation.after that.wt gain. high bp.palpitition.throughout season suffering cough and cold and now it is critical can not have sound sleep. And under treatment of Pulmonary doctor.Yesterday consulted with cardiologist.. he .sugested for chest specialist...Electrocardiograph done...no issue.....I am Confused ...Pl suggest...Her recent blood test indicates uric acid 6.5..And sgpt.83.. sgot.82...Hg..11.9.others value normal.pl... Suggest...

Recently I was having serious allergy symptoms, however after few days it is normal. I checked my blood count mpv(13.2) pdw (19)and plcr(51) was high, also red boils are appearing all over the body come and go. Please suggest. Regards, Naveen

Down syndrome adult 23 years old after a period of 2-3 months he gets cough in chest and nausea and vomiting simaltanously wbc goes up till 15000 he is not aggressive borderline down syndrome no hole in heart we are not able to get what causes chest infection and stomach problem at same time Dr saying reflux induced pneumonia barium showed reflux endoscopy was normal chest ct scan showed mild hiatus hernia he follows moderate diet still same thinghappened now stoll test showed blood in stool he gets nausea these days suddenly cacan anyone help to diagnose the roor cause so we can go for treatment

I had an on and off fever 101.4 in the beginning for a week along with sore throat and head pain. After 10 days these symptoms went off ,post which i had a cough lasting 10 to 11 weeks. Initially was dry cough and for last 2 weeks it was with some white phlegm.This has completely subsided now. Recently had blood test . ESR was 30mm/ HB -11.5g Chest xray done- noted mild pleural effusion on the left side. Fluid tapping was performed but no fluid could be aspirated. Kindly check and advice .

HI Doctor, Please suggest which specialist to consult for allergic Rhinitis and allergic Bronchitis. Im suffering from a long time, now I'm seeing symptoms like shallow breathing and wheezing sounds. Cough is unbearable since 3 weeks. Thank you.

She is not taking the oxygen sometimes and not continue breathing And she says that I am not able to take breathing and also says that I  am feeling stretch in the vein of legs

Cough in interstitial lung disease. Sharp pain in chest. History of rheumatoid arthritis. Currently on O2 pipe 24*7. Cough and gas is causing sharp pain in rib cage.
