Chest & Breathing Problems

I got covid positive in 1st wave It has left some white patches in my lungs damage little So i feel breathing problem little I wanna know Is there any permanent  cure for it? Any treatment Or stem cell therapy will cure it?

Dear dr I am suffering from stuffy nose and cough wet , dry ,. During morning wet cough come out excessive and and during evening and night cough and throat become more irritating. Last 5 days .pls suggest medicine . After 6 pm dry cough and throat frequency increase

For the past one week , I am not able to breathe comfortably. Had a slight chest pain too and hence checked with cardialogist which resulted in no issues ( Took both ECG and ECHO). Even while walking in the steps results in uncomfortable breathing. What should be my next step now

7 days ago I am fall up flat dwn in chest so table in touch my chest in center so pain is chest My ECG is normal and my x.ray is normal but Pain slowly all time

My father who is too much habitual of  beedi. He smoke i thing each hour in a day. But he can't leave it. Whenever he smoke beedi , he cough usually which is fill of mucus. He produces lots of mucus whenever he cough. If I say he cough  and spit mucus hourly interval. Till last 5 days, no issues was there. But from last five days he is spitting mucus lot. Specially in night . He can't sleep well because of wet cough. He has wet cough only due to smoking bbut he know that stiil not leaving smoking. Now I m helpless. He doesn't listen anyone and spit here and there. Please suggest medicine or emergency medicine to deal with. Because the condition is going words . But he is obstinate. How to treat his cough. What other medicine required

I'm having dry coughing episodes in between my day which has increased since a week and roughly I've been having cough since 2 months,on and off types apart from that no other symptoms. I'm taking cough syrup and lorenzes , that helps but not fully Can this be some form of allergy or basic cough cuz of weather, the coughing pressure gets bad sometime that it's diffuse to control bladder if its full and i start coughing

Actively smoking past 10 years 10-15 cigarettes a day and now want to quit smoking , already tried nicotine patches but after sometime started smoking again. Can anyone plz suggest what treatment should i go for homeopathy or allopathy with minimal or No side effects.

Sir last year I am infected with tb disease and tb is ruled out through CT scan. Symptoms are blood coming through sputum and nose. 6 month course is completed in June 2022. But now for last 3 months again I am feeling pain in right side of chest. X rays are normal . But while deep breathing I am feeling pain in right chest and for last 5-10 days when I am doing yoga and deep breathing exercise mild blood comes from my right nostrical. Kindly suggest

I had chest pain yesterday and rapid heart beat of 160. I went to ER and had my angiography which was normal. HRCT was also done. Report is attached. Mild Bibasilar atelectasis and Esophagus is collapsed mentioned. I'm very scared.

My dad using serollo 250 from 5y adviced by asthama specialist but this product getting defective even buying new ones , so asthama increasing so please tell alternative for it ,which can be find nearby stores attached pic
