Chest & Breathing Problems

I have been diagnosed with bacterium pneumonia with Microbacterium Tuberculosis. As per attached report doctor started medicines and expected that to be cured by 6 months. What kinds of precautions to be maintained for whole life infuture please elaborate after treatment and it is completely curable or risk is there ?

Kindly help me doctors, I have breathing difficulties from last 2 years dr said it is brochitis, when I inhale the air is not reaching to my lung, after 4 to 5 attempts of inhale from mouth I get relief but now I get mild chest pain, cough and discomfort chest like pressure or tightness it makes me anxiety and my body get cold . Please tell me what it is and  what treatment should I take Please help me thank you .

As per attached report I have been diagnosed with Microbacterium Tuberculosis very low grade . Doctor given medicines and expected that to recover by 6 months to be cured. After treatment should I deal with normal life ? Is it any major disease or any serious issues? Due to disease I have lost 5 to 6 kg weights. Shall I gain normal weight in future. ? Still I am unmarried . There is any problem to go matrimonial life in future ? Due to the treatment I have totally stopped smoking and drinking alcohol. Also I am not regular smoker and drinker . After treatment of TB is it allowable to take drinks occasionally on party or festivals. Doctor advised that not to take outside foods Chinese and continental food but it will be permanently restricted? . Please conclude it .

My son who is 15 year old, is having fever along with cough & cold. He is having cough in the chest & also mucus is coming out from the nose. After checking, The doctor has prescribed him Azithromycin 250 twice daily & also Wysolone 20 twice daily, along with Corex DX cough syrup. I am concerned whether it is safe for him to take wysolone 20?? Thanks in advance for the advice. 🙏🙏
