Hi Doctor, PFA scan. Anything serious? Do i need any surgery. Please suggest.. Tb test failed multiple times

a proper history will rule out the causes of cavity which can be of various etiology..get a consult with any pulmonologist and accordingly plan for further treatment..do not start anti tb medications before that
