Chest & Breathing Problems

My daughter had a bad bout of coughing around 26th December and then she was given moxikind cv. In 2 weeks she felt a little better and started going school but around 16th Jan she has bad cough again and by then my wife and my younger daughter including me started having sore throat first and then coughing. I visited doc again and she and her sister have been prescribed antibiotics merosure, zinox. For last 3 days starting from 19th Jan both of them have started fever. Younger one ia having fever every 6 hours whereas the older one is having every 12 hour or more. Me and my wife dont have fever yet but feel sick and have elevated temperatures Chest x ray was done for both my daughter and the report said "infective changes seen in both lower lungs" CBC is normal for my elder daughter and crp is 0.9 mg/dl I am a little concerned at the moment and I want to rule out it is not TB. From what I said about x ray report and history can we rule out tb? What you think is possible reason

Breathlessness on exertion is seen and occasionally cough, please read the report . Does my father have fibrosis of lung and is it a life threatening disease. His PFT says he has restrictive lung capacity

Why I alway have block nose and pain in chest when I breath . when I eat something it become more worse and get headache staffy nose. And chest pain.

Attached blood test report. Breathing issues. Severe cough. Currently on medication - Broclear, Montair FX, Cepodem XP. Medical history : HOCM. Should I get hospitalized?

Does a ATD RIFAMPICIN tb medicine reduced fever from the 1st day of treatment?? She had a fever for past 7 months but the diagnosis of the problem was not detected A trace of MTB was found in Bone marrow aspiration. As she as having a fever from past 7 months She has been started with ATD. Also is it safe ilto have paracetamol if fever comes in between the TB medication?? She is having 3 rifampicin tablet after lunch at 5 minutes interval

I am quitting smoking and to fulfil the craving i am using electric cigarette (Vape). Is it safe than tobacco cigarette or not? Else suggest some another alternative.

I have had a chronic dry cough for the past 2 months And having breathing problems with inflammation of lungs My spirometer report was  87% After taking medicine for 15 days There is just a little improvement I just want to know if anybody (pulmonologist) Can tell what's wrong with me I am a 32 male and a non smoker I am afraid of having copd Please any doctor can clear my doubts then do reply. Can Copd occur at the age of 30-35? How long can you prevent copd from progression at stage-1 ? And how long one can live a normal life with stage one until it progresses? Do i have it or not ? Hi Doctor, My wife is facing shortness of breath from last 15 days and is under treatment but no improvement. Sometimes she says she can't inhale and conditions go very worst that time(5-10 minute two times in 24hrs)  . Morning and evening time trigger is very high.
