Hi, My husband has dry cough for a long period more than a year, Early morning when using washroom, may I know the reason?

Hi , My brother is suffering from lungs tb at year 2021 after he successfully treated from lungs tb then after 6 months of treatment he again got affected from tb but this time Pott spine tb. As a family member can we go for tb screening to test we are infected or not ? Please suggest ? I have done ESR blood report and it is normal.

Hi doctor, My wife age 32, non smoker, having dry cough since 1 month all most. She cough after evey 30 min. When she cough, it goes for 4 5 seconds. She doesn't have any other symtoms. We had met pulmonary specialist and first visit he prescription some antibiotics and in 2nd visit( after 2 week) did xray. Xray came normal. Later he changed medicine and provided new ones. Cough was relived bit after that but from last 4 days again coughing. It is more when she llying down. I am worried... Attaching last prescription for refernce. Please advise She is just taking inhaler twice a days. All other medciine course are over.

I never suffered from asthma till age of 18 ,never experienced any symptoms or anything like that but i suddenly devloped asthmatic symptoms after my pneumothorax (it was spontaneous and cured on its own), my ige level was 1500 when i took my blood test and currently taking allergy shots , if i would have asthma, i would facing symptoms from childhood but i experienced everything after pneumothorax, why is it happening, don't have any family history of respiratory problems

How long to lung cancers take to develop? I did ct and found a 3 cm mass on my lung but 1 year ago, there was no mass on my lungs, just scattered ground glass which I was told was fibrosis.. So did I develop cancer in 1 year? Or was the cancer present even before the fibrosis? Please do tell 🙏

In my chest X-ray, It showing "bilateral hilla prominent,likely vascular". Is it serious?should i concern

Patient didn't have breathing issues but had sharp pain in chest and back and had low bp.her xray showed whitiness in the lower rib section. Doctors diagnosed it as a pulmonary edema. Can edema occur without a patient having any breathing issues?

Patient was diagnosed with pulmonary edema based upon on xray report. She did a dialysis with a bp below 130. After which she lost consciousness due to excessive chest pain,patient didn't have any breathing issues before the dialysis. Treatment given was bp support medication and oxygen support. No other treatment was started apart from dialysis since she had low bp and a day after admission her brain CT scan showed blockage. Is it right way the hospital is providing treatment,should they be trying something else?
