Chest & Breathing Problems

My father-in-law, 62yrs is being diagnosed with TB. Doctor has adviced him set of medicines however there is one medicine naming "Rcinex 300/450 mg" mentioned on list. I am confused wheather Rcinex 300 has to be provided or Rcinex 450 as we have both the medicines. The doctor is not picking up.

Patient diagnosed with lung tb on july. Recent ultrasound result shows: Multiple variable size heteroechoic lymphnodes are seen in periportal, peripancreatic and para aortic region, largest measuring ~ 27 × 22 mm in periportal region. Blood test report shows: ESR 21 Lower back pain since 3 days and loss of appetite

Hi doctor, my x ray report shows prominence of broncho markings in both lungs. I currently have bronchitis and on medication. Is this condition reversible? I have quit smoking after seeing the x ray report

I am having cough for 2/3 months ... continuing ...please let me know what to do ? Consulted some doc but the cough is not getting better ............

My husband has  mediastinal lymph node tb reports attached. Completed 6 months of medicine. Node size was 7cm×3cm. Gained 9kg during this time. Previously had fever now no fever cough is less than before. But even after 6 months of treatment he is still having cough like 30 times daily ( i count each nd every cough). Is there any possibility of cancer doctor? As his cough is still not resolving fully.

I face breathlessness and chest pressure.. have ruled out everything through spirometry, sonography, ecg, tmt, echo and endoscopy.. I wanted to ask that when I feel breathlessness can i use asthalin.. as currently i use foracort through revolizer sometimes but it does not relieve

Hi, I have allergic/bronchial cough problem for 12 yrs. Coughing starts in winters and gets severe. This year it started in November. Medicines/inhalers don't help much. This time I tried Ascoril plus syrup expectorant and surprisingly I saw some improvement in cough. It is such a big relief..though i can see about 50% relief so far, I hope it will help if I continue to take it. I have been taking it 3 times a day (10 ml) for last 3 days. My question is - how long can I take this medicine and what should be the dosage? As a side effect of this medicine, I can feel tremors in my hands.

I am not able to have satisfactory breaths. Facing slight difficulty in breathing with full capacity. And I feel more comfortable breathing through my mouth than nose. By what ways I can improve my breathing and lung health.

Hello doctor Whenever I laugh and take breath in between laughing I feel sudden and heavy pain in right chest or rib breast bone . This pain remains for 20 - 25 minutes and then goes away . What is it called ? Thanking you.
