Chest & Breathing Problems

I have been coughing for last 5 year, tried different medications and different general physician but of no use. Kindly suggest what should I do and which doctor to be referred.

Hi my friend have done hrct post covid symptoms. His doctor told nothing serious but he had read lot on internet and he is thinking it is emphysema or scarr. Please comment on this ct film if its really emphysema or scarr

-Age: 6 years -Having allergic cough since 4 years. -Sometimes frequency too high like after every 20 to 30 days. -During Night 12 to 4 worse sometimes vomitings -Mostly doctor write Bilateral wheeze(moderate) -Nebulize morning evening (also suggest to use inhaler but we scare to) Livolin Budesal Salbair Budecort etc. (Earlier montairlc or alerid or emptystomach etc were given by variety of doctors but current doctors stopped everything and only nebulize) -recently Tried Ayurveda Bresol and seen sometimes temporary effect (like 2 months she went fine after this but again got) -Homeopathy literally placebo -Give Honey Ginger or Honey Lemon or Honey Nutmeg or Vicks/Honitus to subside. -Sometimes doubt pollution , sometimes fur clothes sometimes xyz -some doctor say will get better with age some doctor say we don't commit -have inclined pillow we make her sleep on that during ailment How to manage 12 to 4 time period even when Nebulisation is ineffective many a times? Any other medicine

Dear doctors..Kindly help me here My brother is 29 y/o non smoker non drinker Since past few months he is saying that he gets tired easily and sometimes feel breathlessness while walking fast and feels nose blocked and takes breath from mouth. When i went to pulmonologist he prescribed inhaler + Anti allergice meds + Nose inhaler+ alot of  other meds and alot of tests. But when i went to one of the best ENT of gurgaon..He said all looks fine just some cold is there and just gave Oxyspray+ Ebast DC tablet. Chest xray normal ECG normal Now i am confused which doctor to follow. Please help me what to do

Hello My mother is having both obstructive and restrictive lung disorder? Are there are two types of medicines for both conditions I heard steroids like forocort for restrictive and broncodialators like levolin for obstructive . Is it true She is getting exercise induced asthama What should we do?
