Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi Doctor, What is the healthy size range of Right Paratracheal Lymph Node size. She was having complaint of Shortness of Breathe only from last few months. Our doctor suggested HRCT and Chest Xray PA view . Chest Ray PA View was normal while the HRCT report shows she had Small Airways Disease and Also few enlarged Lymphnode in Paratracheal and Pre tracheal region. Is 10.2mm enlarged Lymph Node in Right Paratracheal area , Should it be a matter of higher concrn Note :- She doesnot anyother complains other than shortness of Breathe , I have also attached the report photo

Hi, I am able to do exercise like skipping, running, jogging, climb stairs atleast 4 floors without breathlessness, i dont know have any problem. But when i speak in lying down position on bed specially in phone, i get heaviness/pressure in chest and mild pain feeling in chest. I did xray, ctscan, ecg and 2d echo. All are normal. I also done Spirometry and Spirometry was also normal. Please help why i feel heaviness in chest while speaking in lye down position. Please help Thanks

Hi, a week ago I had sore throat for which I took anti becterial medicines and cough syrup for 3 days. Sore throat was cured but after that I am having little cough 4-5 times a day which is not regular or persistent. Color of sputum is white little frothy. I have no other symptoms at all. Is there a concern to worry about?

Vascular lining in chest x ray... For last 10 days i had clavam 1gm twice daily along with levosiz m, now after xray doctor suggest me linzolid 600 tab twice daily fr 5days, also he said to continue clavam 1gm for another 5days. But i am feeling not well to have so many antibiotic for long time. Pls suggest what to do...also having cough...i am attaching the xray report.

5month of tb treatment done. Cough reduced much no fever like previous, gained 7kg. No other problems,but still occasionally cough in a day like 20 to 30 times it's a single dight cough.genexprt was positive, EBUS FNAC was caseating epithelioid granuloma cells done in Apollo hospital.bit worried when this cough will gone properly? Is there any other possibilities? Do i need to take 12 months of medicine

Yesterday we are move home town but due to whether change or something from night suffering cough with clear mocus and today afternoon caught fever and still present @ 101.7 Please suggest medications Weight 35 Age 12 Thanks
