Chest & Breathing Problems

I am suffering from allergy from very long time due to dust, strong smell, hot cold weather change. I start sneezing 20 30 times whenever i get allergy attack. I have to take medicine Cetrizine or fexofanindine or bilastine containing tablets. But i feel very drowsy and dry mouth side effects. Please suggest medicine without this side effects.

Hi, I do walking during the day and afternoon and i dont have any problem. But when i do walking in the evening i get chest tightness and heaviness in the upper abdomen. Also i feel my breathing gets heavy. I check my oxygen saturation and it is 98 while walking. Please help Thanks

My MDCT shows that there is subpleural gravity dependent haziness with early fibrosis on both side and mild bronchial wall thickening noted bilateral. Should I be concern. Will this fibrosis progress.

Hi, I got CT pulmonary angiogram 1 month back. Is there any chance of side effects now? Can pulmonary embolism develope afte CTPA? I have chest pain in the area under armpit area both side. Please help Thanks

Hi, While speaking in lying down position, why i face difficulty in speaking? I feel pressure and heaviness in chest while speaking when lying on back. My all reports related to chest like xray, ctscan, 2d echo and oxygen saturation is normal. Please help Thanks

Hi, I recently moved to Chicago and the cold air has made me have some breathing issues. I had Asthma when I was in India and my doctor gave me Foracort 200 inhaler daily morning and night. Also I was prescribed Mondeslor whenI had bad breathing issues. I have carried those with me here. I'm having some breathing issues since few days as the cold wind got in through my nose. Can you tell me any medicine that I can buy from Chicago that will help me.

I had emphysema showing on x ray and after few months of taking inhaler i had x ray again it was normal . My question is my doctor told me my emphysema is cured and discontinued medication as it was very mild. Can emphysema be cured?asking because I'm having trouble breathing and on medicine again .

I am 21 years old. 2 weeks ago I had little sore throat and cough for which I took anti becterial medicines for 3 days but right now. Sometimes i cough very minimum 4-5 times a day which comes with phlegm that looks like in the picture. I do not have any other symptoms at all. Please suggest.

I have mediastinal lymph node tb detected by EBUS FNAC nd Genexpert. I'm on 5 months of treatment, gained 9 kg during this period. I'm counting my each nd every cough it's like 30 to 40 times cough daily. But my cough has a pattern. It's like a dry cough attack suddenly started with 7,-8 times back to back cough then stopped by clearing the throat. This happens 3 to 4 Times in a day.( no mucus coming out) just Clearing the throat. But it doesn't disturb my sleep or anything. is this allergic? Or anything serious?
