Shortness of breath
Hi Doctor, My wife is facing shortness of breath from last 15 days and is under treatment but no improvement. Sometimes she says she can't inhale and conditions go very worst that time(5-10 minute two times in 24hrs)  . Morning and evening time trigger is very high. She loosed weight approx 5-8 kg in 10 Months.

looks like an infective exacerbation  episode..get a pft and chest xray and then consult

She requires certain tests. Pl do chest xray pa view, Sputum test for Afb and cbnatt test, pft.pl identify the Allergens and avoid them.pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
