Puo fever not diagnosed ...started ATD
Does a ATD RIFAMPICIN tb medicine reduced fever from the 1st day of treatment?? She had a fever for past 7 months but the diagnosis of the problem was not detected A trace of MTB was found in Bone marrow aspiration. As she as having a fever from past 7 months She has been started with ATD. Also is it safe ilto have paracetamol if fever comes in between the TB medication?? She is having 3 rifampicin tablet after lunch at 5 minutes interval

Rcin is effective Anti tb drug.it will have it's impact within 24 hrs of starting the treatment. It has to be taken with combination of other Att.pl consult pulmonologist and orthopedic specialist.

rcin won't have effect since 1st dose but will definitely show its effect within a week..and yes you can take pcm in sos if fever comes. .just monitor all the vital signs on att
