I'm taking TB medicine for lymph node tuberculosis, last 3weeks. 1st two week i was using AKT4 , initial 7days was fine low grade fever like 99 -99.5 but last 7Days temperature goes to 101.7. As per weight doctor change medicine now last 4 days I'm having Akurit4 5 tablets daily and temperature now is 99.5 to 100. But the problem is in first 2weeks i gained 2kg weight but now i again lost 1kg. Don't understand why this is happening. Please help me. Is thos because of high dose of medicine? Is there any risk factor

It needs up to 1 month of medication for your symptoms to start decreasing.Please continue taking your medication with out skipping any dose.Take a chest xray and sputum CBNAAT testing to r/o Pulmonary TB

Please continue the tb medicine. If fever does not subside in 1 month , then it is a cause of worry.

Pl continue the Att..it takes 1 month to subside the symptoms. Up to that, symptoms may increase.pl do sputum for cbnatt test.pl consult  pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
