If I have a 3 cm Mass on my lung but Pet scan is showing no activity or fda uptake.. Will I still require to do biopsy? Or not?

Is ct guided Tru cut needle biopsy for lung mass and ct guided fine needle biopsy for lung mass the same thing? Which has more risk? Which is safer? Please just tell me respected doctors 🙏 I'm 69 years old.. I also have sleep apnea.. Which is more safer for me?

My daughter started to cough some where in October. Earlier it was like normal cough. Post 3 days of cough we took her to her pediatrician. She gave meds plus antibiotics. My kid has been on some or other meds since then. We have consulted other pediatrician, general physician, pulmonologist but her cough isn't going away. She coughs tremendously in night and most vomits when she does so. We are really worried and desperate for her health. She is right now on inhaler and other meds for cough and cold. Can someone please help a worried parent.

I went to the doctor in my locality, so he told me that I have Urine infection. And he told me that my immunity is weak be caution with covid. Actually in during 2nd wave, my oxygen level reduces to 68% but due to lack of oxygen cylinder, I had suffocating experience for 3 days. But then fine, everything was good, now my physician told me that thing CRP Level is high. So please suggest me what should I do, I am scared now. If there anything wrong with my body?
