Chest & Breathing Problems

Can someone help in interpreting my mother's chest xray. Oxygen level is fine but when she lie down her spo2 drops to 85

I m 68 years old.. I had a 3 cm soft tissue attenuating mass on my 1st ct scan and after 6 months also it came to be 3.1 cm size.. Almost same size.. but in 2nd scan, some few subcentimetric intrapulmorary soft tissue nodules largest measuring 4mm were also present.. I skipped biopsy as it involved high risk and I'm unfit for needle biopsy.. The size not increased so does that mean it is Not Cancer? Can I rule cancer out? Or do I need to repeat scan again?

Please can we know if there is a serious problem in the report. My mother in law has short of breath she is unable to sleep in the night and also she has pain in the chest . Thanks in advance.

I am having allergic rhinitis and i have to start foracort 200 puff since 2 months for shortness of breathe. I was taking 1 puff each in morning and evening . Can i reduce puff to only morning as i am filling better and dont have breathing difficulties. I check my pfm at home.

First ct scan size was ~3.1x2.1x3.3cm soft tissue attenuating mass (HU~33) Second ct scan size is A well defined heterogenously enhancing mass 3x3.7x3.2cm Please can you tell me if the mass has grown in size or decreased or remained same? Ct scans done at an interval of 3 months Please just asking this much 🙏

My son age 5 years have chronic cough from last 3 weeks, cough improves after nebulization(duolin) , he is mild asthamatic so he uses budecort and salbair puff . In past his cough gets improved in 2 week but this time there is no major improvement. His x ray is normal

He is suffering from cough, flum and running nose intermittently from past 4 months. We have consulted doctor, normal medicine followed by antibiotic, but the problem still continues.
