Chest & Breathing Problems

Moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma in lung biopsy report of 69 year old woman.. Is this lung cancer? Is this curable? Will chemo be required? In pet scan there was no metastasis.. The size of tumor is 3.2 cm Patient has no symptoms other than back pain and mild coughing Please tell me 🙏

My mom is 48 yrs old in 2020 suddenly one night pain started in her right chest pain was much we went to doctor he done CT and report comes with pleural effusion of right chest, doctor give her medication the chest water has shrink after 5,6 months she now she is continuously taking other medicines, but she not completely good that was before effusion, Doctor said she has some scars of effusion and it will stay always, doctor always done spirometer breathing test and makes a report"early small airway disease" and doctor said she has some blockages in air pathway . I want to know what this small airway disease, is asthma or COPD , please help us to describe the disease.

I had fever last week and cough for about 3 days... past three days i am getting blood in sputum un mrng for some 5 10 mins and after that no blood... occanional cough is still there... is there anything to be worried..: i have attached my chest xray and cbc ... please suggest

I am a TBM patient.. last 1 yr 3 month , i am taking AKT4. When treatment started i had severe headache and back ache. Bilateral psoas abcess ( left side 4 ml and right side 125 ml)  was there in D3 -D4. After taking 6 months medication and intial 2 months streptomycin left side reduced to null and right side abcess 70ml apporx. Meanwhile bone biopsy done and MTB dettected Rifampicin : sensitivity indeterminant. After 3 month again, spine abcess aspiration done. Xpert test:    MTB detected  very low. And sensitivity to all 1st line treatment. Same culture again we did after 3  months, Xpert test: MTB detected vsry low. And sensitivity to all 1st line. There is improvement clinically and radiologically. Weight increased to normal weight( 59kg). Now i am able to walk to proeprly. But lymphnode throat area are swelled. We did pus aspiration and culture was MTB postive and senstive to1 st line. ( after 1 yr 2 month ATT treatment). current : rif 600 iso300 pza 1250 eth 800 pyro 100

Hi, I have cold and cough since last 1 week . I have sinusitis, now cold is better but still have cough. Past 2 days i observe blood whenever I spit sputum in the morning.please suggest me . Hope it's not serious . Im a smoker

My daughter 8 year old had covid in September after that in November she had pneumonia admitted in hospital and got treatment .Now in February 15 she got fever cold and wet cough again peadiatric doctor did xray and again she got pneumonia . doctor told it is viral .we are taking good care of her since November don't know why pneumonia recurred .Now iam in confusion whether she need more investigations.what to do .

Since some days it began to become hot nd cold fluctuating weather here in uttr prdesh. I feel after 5 pm that my nose is stuffy and can not breath smoothly. Apply vicks after 1hr it becomes norml. Sometimes in day I feel the same. Sometimes nose begins sound. Though I dont feel short of breath but feel load in nose. My spo2 level is 98-99

I am 33 years old ..I have ashtma.. everyday I take maxiflo 250.. I caught fever on 6th of february along with cough..I was given cepodem 200 ...laveta m and ..mcberry cough syrup...by a doctor...even after taking those medicines my cough persisted ..Dn I checked up with a chest specialist....I was given alaspan am..and levolin rotacaps..taking those medicines my cough persisted ..it became worse..I checked up with another chest physician today...he prescribed cepodem xp 325..nebulizetion with budecort  for 3 days for 2 times and duolin for 3 to 5 days for times  3times..mucinac...ascoril cough syrup...and predmet 16 for 2 times for 7days...my question is should I take predmet 16  for 7 days ? On such a high dose ...As it is  a strong steroid..does this medicine have any serious side effects? Pls suggest what should I do ..
