Chest & Breathing Problems

While taking long walks, I feel like some sound coming from my nose while breathing. Is this wheezing? Can young people have this problem? No other issue is there, is it worrisome? I dont smoke but have lived in NCR for a few years.

I am only 29 yrs old and suffered from asthma in childhood. Recently, I am having breathing problem. Also I have mild clubbing of finger nails  but looking back at old facebook photos(from 2010 and 11), I always had that type of nails. I have googled and read about a deadly disease called IPF which is a fast killer! I am worried about my future and dont want to leave so soon.

I am under akt4 treatment. I am TBM patient.( brain and spine Tb)  Now , I am better after 1 yr 2 month treatment. Currently,  i am having weight 59kg.( it's my normal weight before treatment) As per doctor guide, my treatment duration should be 2 yrs approx. 21st Jan I took appointment with Doctor for lymph node swelled and we aspiratied fluid for lab test. Mtb detected , rifampicin sensitive. Now lymph node again swelled even though I am under medicine. This time , As per my local doctor there is no fluid inside swelled area. Till now we don't have any evidence that will tell medicine are resistant. Dr is suggesting that we will start 2nd line treatment. Even though all are sensitive to 1st line. Plz need guidance. Currently I don't have any problems, weight is normal. No fever, no sweat. Only lymph node enlargement in throat right side.

My mom was Having cough and cold from past few weeks . She use to take medicine from local medical shop . But when we went to doctor as she was coughing very badly and paining left chest side . Doctore prescribed xray and after that when he look up xray he said xray is good but in report it was chronic bronchitis so I am little worried now as I had googled about it

My father is suffering from severe fever, cough and phlegm since 10 days. Doctor has diagnosed BronchoPneumonia after test results. CRP - 225 Chest x-ray results: Both lung fields show mildly Increased bronchovascular markings. Both hila appear prominent-?Vascular/Lymph nodes. Doctor has prescribed Augmentin 625 antibiotic for 14 days. After taking 5 days medicine, fever has come down to 99, CRP is 51 but chest x-ray shows same results. I want to know is this treatment going in the right direction? Is there anything I should be concerned about? How many days will it take to reflect improvement in x-ray? Please let me know.

Respected doctors i suffered from cold and cough all gone but some times i only pheglm is this colour normal i also have chest xray which was normal i am attaching my pheglm

Right side chest pain while breathing associated with thick yellow mucus coughing and weight loss and loss of appetite.

My daughter has breathing issues while in night time (after 6 pm ) found in past few days. We checked near doctor but they no issues but still she having some issues. Doctor recommended levolin syrup . But still not resolved.

I've having dry cough for 2-3 days which sometimes cause a bit abdominal pain also have no fever no night sweats mild cough like sensation in throat and constant throat itchiness and irritation. What can it be?
