Pft report
I am a 29 yo male with 153 cm height n 73 kgs weight. I have done my pft becauase I was suffering from breathlessness. Did my x ray as well. My pulmonologist wrote off both reports as normal and well performed. I am very scared about restrictive lung diseases which I've read about in internet and when I told him that I've read somewhere that a normal fev/fvc ratio means resteictive lung disease, he laughed and said a little knowledge is dangerous and my report was in normal range, also told me not to overthink. He told me that I am overweight n need to get in shape too! I am very scared to restrictive lung disease and have been very down ever since. I am attaching my pft report. Please take a look.

My mother in law had faced fever and cough 1 and half month ago. Doctor gave hime Azithromycin and Duo antibiotics with foracort inhaler. After that her fever gone and after using foracort for one month his cough is much less now. But the only problem recently over 10 days she is facing like when she is lying down or take breaths under the arm and breast hurts. Then she took doxy sl for 10 days but still it hurts. We are worried is this anything related to something very serious like cancer?

Cavity - conflicting opinion
Dear Doctor,
Occasional bloody sputum since 2017. Several times tb test failed. Ent checked no issues. No stomach issues. At 2021 i got handful of blood after heavy cough from chest center after I woke up with shortness of breath, fainting and temporary right hand paralyse for 10 mins. Doctor said it's like TIA and took Chest Ct which showed cavity in lung. Checked with many pulmonologist they said either leave it free till it get developed as cavity is very small or do bronchoscopy. I have taken CT now, it shows pulmonary artery touching cavity.
Pulmonologist says just do bronchoscopy, find the issue of cavity, take medicine
My friend brother MD pathologist says, since pulmonary artery impacting the cavity when you get a heavy cough it will cause internal bleeding leading to mortality 50 percent . Should I correct the artery? Or just take medicine after bronchoscopy finding the issue for cavity. It's more confusing and complicated.
