My report shows typhi igm positive, high CRP at 18  and Sgpt levels at 10. My md doctor sugguest me azithromycin 500, votcef 100, m cold tablet and antacid. He said i have tyhoid as my fever in not quickly after taking m cold tabs Do i have typhoid?

Dear Doctor, Occasional bloody sputum since 2017. Several times tb test failed. Ent checked no issues. No stomach issues.  At 2021 i got handful of blood after heavy cough from chest center after I woke up with shortness of breath, fainting and temporary right hand paralyse for 10 mins. Doctor said it's like TIA and took Chest Ct which showed cavity in lung. Checked with many pulmonologist they said either leave it free till it get developed as cavity is very small or do bronchoscopy. I have taken CT now, it shows pulmonary artery touching cavity. Pulmonologist says just do bronchoscopy, find the issue of cavity, take medicine My friend brother MD pathologist says, since pulmonary artery impacting the cavity when you get a heavy cough it will cause internal bleeding leading to mortality 50 percent . Should I correct the artery? Or just take medicine after bronchoscopy finding the issue for cavity. It's more confusing and complicated.

Hi I contacted covid 2 times and after that was facing lung problem did ct and pft and it came normal. Doctor suggested to do sputum test. Attached is results. Please suggest what is it and treatment for that

Respected Doctors I feel suffocation constantly since 2 years. First I visit ENT doctor so septoplasty and Turbinoplasty happened 8 months ago but no improvement after that .Problem is same before surgery. I am sharing my PFT test please guide me accordingly. Thanks and Regards

My father, age 82 recently recovered from Covid Pneumonia , got discharged last week and is on oxygen support past one week (1-2litres) at home. His spo2 levels is between 91-92 with oxygen support . Since yesterday home care nurse has removed oxygen support. Post that his saturation level is between 88-91. Is it advisable to remove oxygen support suddenly or should it be gradually? I have pulmonologist follow up pending in 2 days, but the nurses are not much keen to connect back the oxygen. Please suggest

I am 29 yrs old MTB patient.. tb infections are drug sensitive for 1st line. Checked several time using CBNAAT, gene xpert and culture. Bilateral psoas abcess is there in spine. 125 ml and 4ml. After 6 months medicine pus has been reduced to 90ml and 0 ml. Currently I am under treatment. Dr suggested me to take medicine for 2 yrs. Currently, I am having no problem clinically. Having normal weight and food intake is good. Treatment completed 1yr 2month Treatment remaining approx 1yr as per doctor advice. Question: TB pus will go away by ATT only.? I am worrying for that.

I diagnosed with TB almost a year ago (6 /05/2022) Doctor said this is lymph nodes tb both side of my neck I am Taking medicine regularly as doctor advised. There is only few days left of the course but my swollen lymph is still visible when I touched with my hand on the both side Last time ( 3 month ago) I said same to my doctor then doctor said take medicine till last March. I'm afraid that is it ok or not Is swollen lymph nodes ok? And am I going to diagnose negative after March?
