Chest & Breathing Problems

I am 33years old male...I have asthma...I take maxiflo 250 every day..I got Fever on 6th of February along with cough...one after another I already consulted with two doctors...as my cough was persisting even after taking the medicines given by the doctors...today I consulted with another pulmonologist ...he prescribed cepodem xp 325..ascoril plus syrup...nebulization with budecort  2times and duolin 3times For 3 to 5days mucinac 600...and predmet 16  2times for 5days..I already took all the medicines today...but my doubt is should I take predmet 16 2times for 5 days...as it is a high dose steroid I am a bit afraid to take it..though as  I already took 32mg total dose for today... Should I stop this medicine suddenly...or can lower the dose ...kindly suggest what to do..if I stop the medicine will there be any problem...or I should lower the dose...if that what should be the doses kindly suggest...plz suggest what to do...thankyou..

I have been checking my spo2 daily with pulse oximeter..it is always 98-99 but yesterday night suddenly I woke up then I checked again it was showing spo2 81 then within 2 min it was back to normal..what would be the cause..2 months back done chest xray everything was normal...

On tb medicine 9 months completed.. doc detected heart murmur during treatment & echo done comes normal but again detect heart murmur it is normal ? Is it because of tb medication because it is happening when i stared these medicines...

Or I need to minimise the dose..den what will be the doses..Plz reply..

Hi doctor, I have two questions and looking for answer. I have smoked 15 cigarettes for 12 years. I have quit smoking now from last one month. My questions are below. 1. Heard that lung capacity decrease in smokers. Is it true? 2. If yes, does that affect in anyway in future even after quitting smoking.

It has been one Week... 7 days.. Since my 69 year old mother got Needle Biopsy and following that everything was good, no complaints.. But today after 7days suddenly she's having urge to cough and when she does deep red one teaspoon blood is coming out.. Is this normal after one week? Is this serious? What should we do? No other symptoms happening..

Hello sir. Nov2020-first time happened severe cough,weakness,pulse rate-90,faster heartbeat,brainache,treated and prescribed azithro,Monteluk.I was better within5-7 days. Oct2022-same thing happened.this time even a serious condition,due to cough pain in chest.diagnosed and treated but not feel well even in 1 month.nov20 onwards I was in a good condition. But recently a week ago same situation happened.did all tests.cbc all in natural range. CRP,CSR was high,Ig test detected allergy.I am amazed why no doctor asked me to do all these tests.Never ever.However,I am doing these tests as I am keen on doing a full body test and the diagnostic centre owner told me to do these tests. Today blood came through cough.Now,I am afraid in this situation.3-4 doctors I have consulted in last two years but nothing fruitful happen. Kindly please please suggest me what to do.I am waiting for a right doctor as I am worrying about the situation.Kindly cure me fully.
