Chest & Breathing Problems

I am under ATT treatment ( DOT). My lymph node aspiration is done two times. Culture and DST MTB derected and sensitive to all first line and 2nd line drug. After pus aspiration, lymph node swelled again. Is it normal? Plz help me . Plz check attached scrrenshot. I am taking medicine under DOT. Previous history : TBM. So last 1 yr 3 months i am under treatment and tb lymph node i noticed last month.

Hi, i get cold frequently, and i noticed whenever i talk to 45 ,50 min, or go out and feel tired , i get an immediately running nose and some sensation in my head and after resting fkr 1,2 hr i feel better, please let me know how to deal with this. Thanks

Bilateral psoas abcess( D3-D4)  canbe cured by ATT treatment only. Left side 125 ml Right side 4ml After 6 month ATT Left side 97ml Right side 1ml Note: physically I have improved lot and now I am able to walk normally and bend properly. Earlier, I was walking with support and body was bend while walking.. Now I am completely fine. Dr is saying aspiration is not possible and no need to aspirate. It will be healed by medicine. Is this correct?

I have constant chest pain that i feel on throat and lower front jaw, when i tie a bag in front of my body it increases and pain more, i have already consulted the top cardiologist in my area he have done, tmt, ecg, echo(2d), xray chest PA. I have been using flublock nasal spray for dust allergy. Can I replace it with Naselin nasal spray? Does it work in the same way? Which one of the two is milder? Thank you!
