Chest & Breathing Problems

My 4 year old daughter is getting repetetive cough since last 4-5 months. Sometimes cough is dry and sometimes it is wet. Most of the times she will start coughing at middle of night or early morning. We tried homeopathy which gave her relief for sometime but didn't cure it permanently. I am very much worried. Can it be cured permanently if it is not something to worry. Thanks in advance.

Whooping cough last 15 days. It is dry sometimes Wet also. No other symptoms except this. Please suggest remedies

Hi Dr, I am under AKT4 since nov end 2021. I am pott spine patient. Earlier i was not able to walk and had back pain. Recent MRI back pus is reduced to 125 ml to 90ml and now i am work properly without pain. Jan 2023, i was daigonosed again TB lymphnode and sensitive to all 1st line. After pus aspiration my lymph node is swelling again. Though i am under treqtment only. After pus aspiration, Tb lymph node is swelling again. MTB detected in both FNA aspiration of lymph node. 1st line LPA is sensitive a 2nd line  LPA is also sensitive. Doubt: why lymph node is swelling again and again without pain after 1 yr 2 month treeatment. Even though, i am feeling better clinically. Need proper guidance. Please..

My son is 5YO. Usually during day time, he is not having any issues but at nights he is getting dry cough and that is resulting in to vomiting. After vomiting, he is again sleeping peacefully without any disturbance again. Doctors here are prescribing normal cough medicine like Astoril etc and asking us not to worry. But, this has become everyday problem for him. Please suggest what could be the reason for his struggle during nights and what can be done to get rid of this please. Note: we are not giving him any cold items like cool drinks, ice cream, juices etc., But still he is suffering only during nights.

After pus aspiration it is swelling again. Is it created pus again? I am taking AkT4 tablets now. Worried..

My friend is having problems with phlegm coughings. He claims to hv coughed a little bit of blood today. Some days he say he had a little black phlegm.

Having Dry cough since 5-6 days which is not present when I sleep or disturbs my sleep, but it's not in morning but increases as day passes and increases at night, sometimes the cough is so much that I do vomiting. Hi, Im 26 years old. During covid 2nd wave, I had developed night time intense coughing. I had severe dry cough. The cough won't stop with cough medicines. I was prescribed foracort 200 rotacaps. My cough stops instantly after taking foracort 200. But even today, I get such severe dry coughs almost everynight. I take the rotacaps. Even though it solves the issue temporarily, the cough appears after few days. Is it safe to continue using foracort 200 even today. Are there any side effects for using it for such a long term?

My mother in law has cough 2 weeks and her report is attached for reference Please tell anything major is there.

Im diagnosed with eosinophilia post nasal drip.im using pulmoclear 100/600mg tablet,azithromycin 500mg,Norvent d syrup,duolin forte 200md inhaler,Hetrazan 100mg,mucaine gel syrup. I hv using all above tablets for past 3 days. I Dont see any improvement and continuously coughing day and night unable to sleep,unable eat . Please help me.
