High D-Dimer value
I recently took a blood as part of master health checkup. I could see my D-Dimer value is 504 worried about blood clot and other issue as I came to know by googling. I have frequently irregular beats and chest pain /tightness and somtime difficulty in breathing. I did all echo, TMT, ct angiogram for heart and all came to be normal. But findings are frequent PVC Should my D-Dimer value is concern

Dont treat tests , treat symptoms. Do.u have any history of trauma or breathing difficulty or recent surgery.. Any way the value is almost normal.. it can be very nonspecific , can be raised in inflammation.
