Father, aged 59, has high d dimer (1.82) He recovered from covid 47 days ago. Post discharge the d dimer was 0.5, now increased to 1.82. His WBCs also dropped from 10000 to 4000 in these 47 days. Please suggest any treatment or diagnosis. Also, is there anything serious?
