D dimer level 0.3 ugFEU/ml at 24 age
So i had a very minor injury on my shin few days ago and before the injury i had few episodes of constant spasms near the calf muscle which eventually disappeared, but recently i took a flight after the flight i had a sharp pair below the shoulder in the left upper chest, so after reading on internet i thought i have pulmonary embolism, i took a d dimer test in morning, the result came back as 0.3 ugFEU/ml, is this serious?
