Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi, Every year, in these months .. I suffer from nose blockage, cold, cough, and breathlessness. My doctor suggested in last year checkup to have some medicine with foracorte rotahaler...and this inhalation gives me instant relief from chest tightness. However.. I had done with my chest x-ray and sputum test, which was seen fine last year. Please suggest me, is taking this rotahaler daily is fine or not? I have been taking it for the last 1 month and having some allergic tablets like Allegra and microdox for 10 days. Once the dose got stopped, it caused me breathlessness in the night again. Please do let me know how long we can go with all medications and any good options you have. Very thanks in advance.

After a week of fever, bad cold doc requested to take Pft and chest X-ray. I did had mild wheezing sounds and got 5days medication and it feels better. However am yet to go for review with Pft and X-ray report. As i got this done today. It will be great if I know if anything abnormal or report looks good. Symptoms I had mild wheezing sound and SpO2 fluctuations sometimes 92-99 Non smoker non drinker

My daughter has been suffering from breathing and coughing issues. If she takes medicines she feels well but once she stops having medicine then the problem occurs again.

Hello Doctors, I am suffering from a mild coughing from last two days with sore throat and pain in face and back head. There is a continuous urge to clear the throat and the outcome is sticky green phlegm. I am a smoker too. I have consulted the Physician and the medicines provided are: Pulmoclear, allegra, montair LC, Clavam 625( amoxicillin+ clavulanic) Seroflo inhaler + allegra nasal spray I am not getting better, shall i continue with medicines. Please guid

Hi, I have been suffering from a cough for the last 2 months. Between it's stopped. When i started drinking cold water, my cough returned back. I consulted many doctors who were available in my location. They said it's because of climate change. During the morning & afternoon, my cough is little high. That also only for 5 mins. During night time, my cough is not heavy. Very mild. 5 to 7 coughs. I also noticed there was weightless. But I'm having my food properly. There is no fever or cold or chill. Only Cough. I don't drink alcohol or don't smoke. I don't even drink coffee or tea. There is no history of lungs related problems in the family. No tuberculosis or anything. Kindly suggest how to proceed further? Is there any medicine I can have to reduce my cough & increase weight.

My father has been diagnosed with pleural effusion TB for left lung from feb 9th 2023.we had admitted him to hospital,drained approx 500 ml of pleural fluid from left lung and then prescribed 6 months medical course.from feb 12th started Akurit-4 (4 tablets) , taken these medicines for 2 months.then after from april 13th started R-cinex (600/300) for morning and ethambutol 1000mg for afternoon ,after using these medicines he is suffering with severe nerve pains for both the  legs .then we consulted our pulmonologist he is suspecting that side-effect  due to isoniazid/ diabetic neuropathy /peripheral neuropathy. We have no idea what is going on for his health and started consulting the neurologist doctor.Started using Gabapin-NT(400/10), giovita, juviana plus from 3 days but pain is still persisting to both the legs.we have taken checkup for fasting blood sugar where 135mg/dl and Post prandial blood sugar is 225 mg/dl.Need the guidance what we have to proceed next for leg pains and TB.

Hi Doctors Been suffering sore throat, mild cough and green phlegm for last three days, but since yesterday i have started experiencing pain in my face and back side of the head. The head ache is more prominent when i cough, this is continuous dull pain along the entire head. Is this head pain normal in this condition (?) I am taking medicines antibiotics and pulmoclear. I have a smoking history of last 12 years. No history of Asthama and but suffered from bronchitis 8 years back..

I had been going thru fatty liver treatment and recently my gastro suggested to get endoscopy done as I complained to him about pain in my upper middle chest/ wind pipe, right under the throat. Although the endoscopy came normal with some acidic problems. But even after taking gas tablets everyday since Last 15 days, I still feel pain alternatively and it automatically subsides. I feel nervousness and have to take long breaths. Pain goes away when I press the area. Is it dangerous? I did have a panic attack 2 months ago when I almost lost my breath. Could it be related? Who should I consult with?

Sir/Ma'am, I am asking for my father (57 yrs). He is an active smoker (5 cigarettes every day),not alcoholic . As he is growing old, I thought to do some basic tests like some blood tests and some other tests just to be confirm that he is okay. The blood tests like glucose is 101, urea, creatinine is normal, blood count is normal (haemoglobin is little less) , esr is normal, echocardiography was done , it is normal ( i am attaching the report) and chest x ray was also done , but in chest x ray , everything else is normal but it is written in impression that " prominent bronchovascular markings in bilateral lung fields". I am also attaching the report of chest x ray. He is not ashthmatic, but he sometimes suffer from cold in winter season. Now, I just want to know that whether this prominent bronchovascular markings is due to smoking ??? If so then what to do? If there is any medicine to cure this markings, pls suggest!!

When 103° fever dolo 650 can be taken with akt 4(tb medicine) ,103° fever can occur in tuberculosis.
