Chest & Breathing Problems

I am 31 yr old Active person, some days back I had fever with cold and throat irritating and later started wid cold, I started Azithromycin and pcm , after 3 days I visited doctor ENT spl and he said it's URTI , Grade 2 tonselitis  and advised me gargles and antibiotic Augmentin 1gm, and advised me some tests also, report was like CBC was normal , dengue igg was positive igm and ns1 was negative, platelets was 138, xray was suggesting hillar lymphadenopathy , doctor suggest me to wait for 1 week , nd repeat the test , fever lasts for 4-5 days , cough lasts for almost 10 days , now mild cold and throat irritation is still there , I repeated the test and results are attached here, but main problem is my motion I am passing stool 4-5 times in a day, initially it was almost watery but now it is like indigestion kind of. Plz suggest me the best what should i do , I am worried abt my chest xray previous report.

Hi, I was having breathing difficulty two years back so I consulted a doctor and they said it's because of a deviated septum and insisted on surgery and i had to undergo the surgery immediately. But after that also there was no relief and the doctors said it was all in my head. So, I consulted a chest specialist and they told me it's an allergy and might me a mild allergic asthma. I was given Vilor-F and I was still having breathing problems while sleeping. I could not sleep on my right side or straight which is still the case. So, they gave me Pantosec D to be taken on an empty stomach. I've been taking vilor f since 1.5 years and pantosec d since 6 months everyday. I still can't sleep comfortably, can only sleep on one side otherwise I can't breathe. Now I've fallen sick with fever and have had intense coughing for 2 days and it's fine now but I can't breathe since last evening. It's getting very difficult. I took the salbutamol inhaler also once this morning. I have chest tightness

Having chest pain & shortness of breath since months have done all of my heart tests all came back normal Attaching my ecg (low voltage in chest leads) & HRCT reports Never had any infection (was an smoker for 4 years, now on cessation) Had covid Please let me know am i at risk CT report shows 1.) Few dependent densities are noted in the basal segment of bilateral lower lobes 2.) A tiny fibrotic granuloma is noted in the right middle lobe.

Prominent bronchovascular marking ..Esr is 13.Is it serious??? He is 5 yrs old and he is having continuous cough ... Always having fever..we did a blood test .. Absolute lymphocytes count is 5500 n monocyte count is 9..HE IS CONTINUOUSLY USING normal flu medicines ..Using nebulizer also ..I don't knw if he has some allergy..

I am having 2 weeks continuously day time coughing non stop. No mucus coming out. Only coughing and little chest congestion. No coughing at night. Also dizziness due to constant coughing. Done x-ray. Nothing found. Pls advise what should be my next step. My day to day activities are affected due to coughing.

I am feeling a sense of pain on my rib, exactly below the left breast. The pain is only when I move in a particular position; I am able to walk & sit comfortably with no sense of pain. But while I lie down in bed and try to get up or move; it pains a lot. I have applied pain relief sprays and balms; but no improvement. What could cause the pain? Can this be serious ?

While taking long walks, I feel like some sound coming from my nose while breathing. Is this wheezing? Can young people have this problem? No other issue is there, is it worrisome? I dont smoke but have lived in NCR for a few years.

I am only 29 yrs old and suffered from asthma in childhood. Recently, I am having breathing problem. Also I have mild clubbing of finger nails  but looking back at old facebook photos(from 2010 and 11), I always had that type of nails. I have googled and read about a deadly disease called IPF which is a fast killer! I am worried about my future and dont want to leave so soon.

I am under akt4 treatment. I am TBM patient.( brain and spine Tb)  Now , I am better after 1 yr 2 month treatment. Currently,  i am having weight 59kg.( it's my normal weight before treatment) As per doctor guide, my treatment duration should be 2 yrs approx. 21st Jan I took appointment with Doctor for lymph node swelled and we aspiratied fluid for lab test. Mtb detected , rifampicin sensitive. Now lymph node again swelled even though I am under medicine. This time , As per my local doctor there is no fluid inside swelled area. Till now we don't have any evidence that will tell medicine are resistant. Dr is suggesting that we will start 2nd line treatment. Even though all are sensitive to 1st line. Plz need guidance. Currently I don't have any problems, weight is normal. No fever, no sweat. Only lymph node enlargement in throat right side.

My mom was Having cough and cold from past few weeks . She use to take medicine from local medical shop . But when we went to doctor as she was coughing very badly and paining left chest side . Doctore prescribed xray and after that when he look up xray he said xray is good but in report it was chronic bronchitis so I am little worried now as I had googled about it
