Is the local brand smart watch spo2 readings reliable or not? Also Can spo2 decrease up to 90 and get back to 98-99 in a minute? Or that 90 reading will be false as i heard whenever spo2 drops it takes time to get back to normal. And can watch low/half battery also affect spo2 readings.

It's been almost 3 months my voice is changed it's difficult to speak and now I am having chest pain and thick cough even after taking so many medicine my fever is not going away and I have severe body pain I have to take painkillers everyday... I also having chest pain during breathing in the lower left side.. Is it possible I have some kind of lungs infection?
