I did the sleep test and oxygen level dropped to 92 Also he snores a lot,and sleeps for 14 15 hours,but according to him heis not sleeping and remains tired whole day What should I do

Can GERD cause occasional shortness of breath??? I have done all heart related and lungs related tests which is normal ...

I physically consulted chest physican Dr pescribed Tab bilastine,Tab montair lc,Syp corex dx and Foracot 200 inhaler but now fever is coming around 100-101 degree so can i take zifi 200 with this tablets twice a day i am feeling releif in coughing

Hello doctors I feel stabbing and sharp pain in my right upper chest when while laughing , I take a breath. This also happens when I exhale violently. But most pain occurs when during laughing , I inhale and I feel like something got choked in my right chest. What it can be ? Recently I heard of someone young diagnosed as lung cancer after feeling same pain. Thanking you.

I am under treatment AKT 4 under DOTs. Pus aspiration has been done twice within 2 months. CBNAAT: MTB positive and sensitive to 1st line. Gene xpert: MTB detected low and sensitive to 1st line 2nd line sensitivity test: all are sensitive LPA test: sensitive to 1st line and 2nd line. DST culture: sensitive to 1st line and 2nd line. Clinically there is no probelm and all pain and symptoms are subsided. But lymph node swelling coming again but smaller than previous one. Currently I have taken completed 2 months completed.

Hi Dr, I was diagnosed with pneumonia one month back, i don't have the fever now but little bit of lingering cough, don't have any other symptoms. Recently did a followup xray and they found a minimal degree of fibrosis in the same location where the pneumonia was occurred. My question is , whats the next action i need to do,??
