Chest & Breathing Problems

Off late have notice wheezing sound in my chest and last week had fever and cold and it's better after a doc visit. Took Amox CV for 5 days BD Allegra OD Ascoril Ls TDS Sometimes chest feel tight ECG normal. No coughing I do have bad sinuses frequently. Attached Chest xray

I have been taking TB medicine from 5 weeks .. after drainage of fluid from my lungs i was not having fever but after one week after starting ATT, every evening around 6 pm i get Fever -102  F and it goes after taking pcm and again at 4 am i get fever upto 102F.  Is it normal TB fever or drug fever ..

I have dry cough from last 2 months. What test should I get done ? Any home remedies? Breathlessness has increased a bit.

My girl baby is 5 months old she is having blocked nose from 1nd half month and cold and cough also started .I have consulted many pediatricians they gave antibiotics but no use .day by day it is getting worse . Cough will be more at night times.after feeding also she will cough more and try to vomit.she won't feel comfortable will laying flat at night times. I used nasoclear drops also .please tell me what's is the problem nd wt to do .she is on both formula (bottle )and breast feed

My ige test was done 2 years back and my ige level was 1500 , i suffered from primary spontaneous pneumothorax in 2018 , however it was resolved within few weeks , and i wasn't having chest pain or anything but just severe shortness of breath, but still i m suffering from that shortness of breath not severe but it is that much that i feel heaviness I'm my right lungs , but my treatment is going on for allergies and doctor has been devised a immunotherapy shots for me but i shattered completely as its affecting my cognitive ability and causing me tiredness and demotivation all time and i am unable to do well please advise that how to cure it completely, i m begging to get back to normal , sometimes when i life heavy weight my right lining of chest starts paining and i go out of breathe for few minutes also , what to do My medicines are :- Cetjust-m , amitwix 10 and an inhaler with steam inhalation, please doctors help me out , i m tired of this life and want to get back to normal

Recently I have started getting blood in cough at night. I am not sure what's going on right now. I don't see any blood during the day time, post brushing at night when I cough i get blood. How alarming is this?

Since 3-4 days when i lie down to sleep i feel that I have to stretch consciously to breathe ..it is so disturbing and frustrating that i cannot even sleep .. I consulted a GP and also took a chest xray and it came out absolutely normal .. The problem generally happens when i face exerson .. Can it be some.kind of allergy which the GP could not diagnose..wondering why is it happening as it never happened before ..when I'm sitting upright or standing then i dont feel so much need to stretch the breathing ..then it feels normal ..only while lying down it feels so.

Sir my sister is experiencing crepitus all over the body neck face legs hands belly doctor said it is subcutaneous emphysema what should we do now sir is it dangerous is there any treatment available will it go away or not
