Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello doctor i am having bacterial throat infection and i am on antibiotics also i am having pain in my lower left chest which increases on deep breathing,my treating doctor did an xray and report says everything is fine. But i having having wet cough and pain in chest what could ne the reason? Also i had productive cough on and off for almost 2 months.

Anyone pls elaborate me what this report says? And also I want to consult about tuberculosis..thank you ...

Is it the symptoms of Tuberculosis? As my sister already suffered from TB for 1yr? Nd is it dangerous for her as she want to do IVF process?

My father is 50 years old. He has been suffering from cough since years now. It has become permanent, sometimes gets reduced with few wet cough syrups but then again erupts. He has wet cough with sputum varying from thick to transparent with no other major symptom. He smokes 'bidi'. I am third year medical student myself, looking for genuine guidance and treatment from a good doctor in Noida. We would like to treat the cause instead of only symptoms. I have done echocardiography and my PASP is 26 mmHg TR velocity is 2.59 m/s Mild TR is mentioned in echocardiography so by using formula 4 multiply by TR Square My pasp is 26 mmHg is it pulmonary hypertension?

Exhaling problem while walking and eating and sleeping and speaking. I have to sleep with two pillows while sleeping due to this issue

I have right side parasternal pain for past 2 years. Walking makes it even more painful. Can not wear innerwear. HRCT found a sternalis muscle along the sternal side which is normal in morphology but I am in severe pain for last 2 years. Did it develop in these 2 years or else it was existing since my birth ? I could not understand that did this develop in last 2 years or it has been there since my birth ? Please advise.

I am a 34 years old female. I had a hrct  thorax 1.5 years ago due to covid and now again I had to undergo one hrct thorax which fortunately came normal. However people around me scare me that HRCT causes cancer as I have got 2 done. Please advise if that is really true

What happens if i drink palm milk while active tb, i drunk palm milk while I'm active tb, i felt dizzyness and unstable later that day I'm okay as normal day, I'm taking the medicine as my pulmonologist directed me, i was following him past 6 months, i was infected both stomach and lungs, is that ok if i drink palm milk, or i should avoid palm milk permanently, what are things not to do while active tb.
