Chest & Breathing Problems

Which has more radiation. CT Coronary Angiogram or HRCT Thorax ? Are both safe ? I have had 2 HRCT thorax.

Often I am having mild pain in left and center area of chest .undergone to ECG test and Chest CT. In chest CT small mediastinal lymph nodes up to 6.5 mm in short axis diameter. Schmorl's node formation along lower end plate of D9 and D10 vertebral body. Suspicious increased bulk node along right lobe of thyroid with suspicious heterogeneous hypo density in this region. Doctor says everything is normal.after medication of 1 month ,pain remains with less frequency.I am also a thyroid patient with higher TSH level and take 50 mg tablet on every morning. Recently I have also tested for my Vitamin D3 level (25-Hydroxy Vitamin D )test which is 14.4 ng/ml which is under Deficiency (

Hi doctor, My father in law had frequent fevers from past few months and he went for the checkup last time and doctor said he has infection in lungs and that is due to post covid.. He was on medication from 2 months and he is fine but he stopped medication from past 15 days and suddenly he got fever.. So he went for another checkup yesterday and after the scan doctor said it is Interstitial lung disease and there is no cure for it and his lungs became hard.. So doctor gave medication now.. How serious is this disease? Will there be any life threat?

I am always scared that tb is so contagious.How to prevent tb.Increasing immunity is enough and what else should we do to take precautions.And also my friend is doctor and I oftenly meet him.

After a viral fever I am having dry cough for more than 1 week .I have no blood or anything in cough.I have allergy.Anyway after taking rotahaler my cough is getting better. Can tb cough get better without tb treatment?Can tb cough come and go?

Hello I am sending a plumonary function test report is any problem in a report feeling breathless after eating.

Can you please advice on thw beloq report X-RAY REPORT   CHEST  PA  VIEW Bony Cage- Normal Cardiac contour –dilated aorta seen  with normal cardio thoracic ratio. Lung fields – Prominent hilar and broncho – vascular markings with small calcified hilar spots seen on either side. No evidence of enlarged hilar glands or infiltrative opacities seen. Small calcified spot seen over the right lower zone. Apices, cardiophernic and costo phrenic angles free. IMPRESSION:, No evidence of  active pulmonary lesion seen in the xray chest. For clinical correlation please.
