I have graduated in 2018 and in college days I occasionally smoked cigarettes for 1.5 years(250 cigarettes)and I attended 3 hookah sessions.But after college I quit those habits because I learnt bad impacts of those things.After quitting I had shortness of breath and little coughing but doing regular exercise symptoms gone but in 2021 my bp was high.So I take medication of bp and now it is normal. I quit smoking for 5 years but I am concerned about my lung health in future for those habits.I feel regret for doing those things.. please give some suggestion!!

IS PFT AND CHEST XRAY ENOUGH OR IMMUNOGLOBIN IGE IS ALSO MANDATORY TO EVALUATE CAUSE OF SHORTNESS OF BREATH ?

When I'm deep breathing, a whistling sound is coming. I was just sitting and I took a deep breath and I heard a whistling type sound. And it continues as I breathe deep. It's happening to me first time. What could it be???

Hie, I was diagnosed with sarcoidosis in 2019 and I was on medrol and hcqs after which It was cured. I was also covid positive a year back. I have having symptoms like chest tightness, cough, fever and joint pain and swelling. Also I feel breathlessness. I am attaching My ct scan reports. Please let me know the meaning of the findings.
