My dad did chest xray please check if it's normal had a chest burning 2 weeks ago ecg echo normal please see

I quit smoking 7 month ago still coughing black sputum. X ray is normal why this is happening.. kindly look i have attached image.

Hi doctors while I was in gym I felt little uneasiness in breathing at that I left gym came back and from next day I am doing regular gym as I use to do but from that day I am continuously feeling shortness of breath.every now and then I need to take deep breath to breath normally. I went to physician he examined everything and did ECG everything seems normal. What could be the reason for this issue. I am 34 height 6ft and weight 84 kg.
