My mother in all age 65 was facing cough issue after taking inHealer it reduced much but sometimes happens but now she is facing left side chest hurt while deep breathing and occasional cough

It's been almost 3 months my voice is changed it's difficult to speak and now I am having chest pain and thick cough even after taking so many medicine my fever is not going away and I have severe body pain I have to take painkillers everyday... I also having chest pain during breathing in the lower left side.. Is it possible I have some kind of lungs infection?
