Breathing problems
I don't whats happening but I am facing difficulty in breathing and it's only affecting right side of body means I have problems of fullness in right ear then block right nose , I also have my right area of vocal chord which I thing changed my voice , then my whole right diaphragm seems doesn't expand or contract properly, with pain in lower right diaphragm to right lower abdomen, more over I am also facing problem in passing stool as it feels pain lower right part of stomach

get a cxr done at the earliest..and consult with a detailed history of yours..right side of the chest is more prone for infections even anatomically..so definitely rule out all differentials with a pulmonologist
