Liver enzymes increase
After Completing 8 month medicine SPGT and SGOT are increasing due to isoniazid? What can I do ?? I can't continue Rifampicin due to DILI My regement is Isoniazid 300 and ethambutol 1200

Why 8 month’s? Normally drug sensitive att is for 6 months only If elevation is more than 3 times it requires stopping or Treatment modification.

depending on the type and severity of tb the regime can be modified..consult a pulmonologist
