X ray report.
Attaching my x ray as well as the report. Cant understand a technical term which is 'costro something angles are clear. And what does no 'active' lesion mean? How to interpret this sentence?  Pft report was normal with good fvc n fev over predicted. Blood report however had elevated ige levels 1090. Please have a look.

it means there are no lesions in your lungs..they are normal..just hyperinflated..serum ige values are raised in multiple things..can be cleared with a proper history only
