Chest & Breathing Problems

Sometimes when I eat something sweet or cold I feel there ll be more mucus formed and unable to do exercise because of that.Sometimes trouble sleeping .If I vomit or drink hot water then it ll be normal.

My grandfather was diagnosed TB 7 month ago and was under medication for 6month. Medication ended on 16 dec 2022, that is one month ago. From last 10 days he was again suffering from excess cough.Last time when he was given ATT drug he was feeling uncomfortable many times and SGPT, SGOT was very high that time.Test were done report are attached:- Currently LFT is normal and CBC report is also normal. **Seputm test- again positive Medicine given currently are- Amoxicillin-625mg and montolucast 10mg and one cough syrup. Tb medicine can  be given again or what should we do plzz suggest sir . 🙏🙏🙏

I've been experiencing bit shortness of breath on exertion like climbing 4-5 floors which earlier I used to without exertion even while playing football usually since 3-4 months accompanied by blocked nose and headache with no nasal discharge

Hi doctor, I had a fever followed by cough and the xray shows congestion in both the lungs and now i feel better. Am using foracot inhaler twice a day. Recently i felt like pain from left side of chest and its bothering me for lat 3-4 days. Today i noticed a mild swelling on left side of my chest and not sure what exactly that

I'm a bad case of misdiagnosis.. I had my first biopsy say small cell carcinoma, then review report said non hogkin lymphoma and then third review said reactive changes.. Now I need to go for a fresh biopsy.. As I have no diagnosis but before that I had to reveal the entire thing so they wrote it on the biopsy sheet.. Will this effect my final result? Will they write cancer on my result again? Or will they write what they actually see in my mass tissue? Will my past biopsy reports effect my final diagonal?? Pls reply 🙏

Mother age is 48 years. Weight 65 kgs. She is having hyper tention 120/78 (With Telma 20 mg medicine per day), Having Diabetes (Fbps 109, Ppbs 199, Hb1ac-6.9) using Gyliphage 500 mg. From last ten days she is having upper back pain and chest pressure feels like struck with smaller walk distance. And some times with rest also. From two days her feet is swelling a bit and voice becoming horse. We consulted cardiologist taken ecg and chest xray. Iam attaching reports. They told little mild infection and no abnormality in ecg. Since my mother having back pain they suggested angiogram. I need suggestions that whether my mother having heart or lung issue. Please suggest they prescribed follwing medicines: Korandil 5mg, lasiloctine 50 mg, nitroconitin 2.6 mg, morvast ac, gabapin me 100, ventidox bro, montewok lc, rabicer dsr, revolizer

Hello doctors. I got covid last year 2 time last on Feb 2022 after that I got some chest tightness and breathing difficulties. So I did hrct, xray pft but all came 100% normal. And my pulmonologist prescribed esiflo inhaler and some deskast tablet for a month. I took it but not complete relief. Then few days back I got bacterial throat infection And my nearby gp prescribed 5 days moxikind antibiotics and it not only cured my throat by my chest also feeling much much better. But still very small discomfort is there. What may be causing it and what is the exact treatment I should take please guide

From last 8days he was suffering from excess coughing and pain during coughing time. X ray report is attached plz tell me the problem and suggest medicine for this . Currently Amoxicillin-625mg ×3 times daily, motac-L -1daily ,and a cough syrup is given.
